Anne founded Playtime Daycare in 1981 as an in home care provider after her first son was born.

She struggled with finding quality care in the area and really wanted to stay home with her son. She began with a few friends kids and her business grew, keeping her idea of a comforting home feeling for the children in her care as opposed to an institutional school like feeling at such young ages. Her focus in growing the business was creating a super safe, convenient dynamic for working families and to keep the cost of childcare down. With the continual growth and demand for quality, affordable childcare, Anne opened as a small facility in May of 2000 caring for Toddlers and Preschool aged children. In September of the same year she expanded and opened an infant room and Pre-K room. In 2003, the business expanded again becoming a Center caring for ages 6 weeks-12 years. With 35 years of experience in this field, Anne continues to learn the changing dynamic of today's family unit.

Liz has always had a love for children. Their laughter and excitement about their accomplishments truly bring joy to her work with them.

Liz started working with children at a young age. Baby sitting, coaching, and volunteering helped Liz discover her passion for teaching. She began as a substitute in Anne's in home group family childcare in 1995 while attending college on a full time basis. Becoming a mother in 1999, she realized the importance of quality childcare and the heartache and concerns a new parent struggles with when having to go back to work, leaving their children to be cared for by others. Liz has worked with each age group and enjoys helping create safe, fun, nature based activities for the groups while in our care. Working closely with Anne as her childcare facility opened, Liz took a lead teacher role in each classroom, trained new staff for each room, assisted in creating policies, procedures and protocole for safety and security measures and became the Assistant Director in 2001. The business continued to flourish and an opportunity presented in 2009 to become Co-Owner. Liz became the director of Playtime Daycare LLC in 2020.

Liz is a HUGE advocate for the best practices to support the developmental needs for ALL children and will continue to devote her career to supporting her staff and her families to create the best practices for the healthiest, safest development in the most natural, loving atmosphere.
